Twitter instant interaction considered already to be most important ever be invented.

Fox News' late night news/comedy hybrid "Red Eye" debuted a new segment this week from ombudsman Andy Levy (@AndyLevy), called "Twitter News." Why the need to know the "latest going-ons" on Twitter? "Twitter is now considered by many to be the most important source of news in the history of humankind," said Levy.

Featured tweets include Rachel Maddow's cowering, David Gregory's hair and Dan Abrams' bus ride:

You know, Andy may be exactly right.  If any program would be first to pick up on this not being a trend.  I could actually unite cultures, generations, and people you wouldn't normally run into on the street.  Distance has almost lost its meaning with the digital age.  Chat rooms, Myspace, Facebook, Skype, and other social web items have popped up to help us connect.  Connect to what?

That may be the question that everyone want to know.  We all do it for different reasons.  Some of us want to get the latest news.  Other just use it to stay in touch with friends.  Some, like celebrities us it for promotional value.

Its all there...take you pick and join the ride.
