A heatwave is gripping 18 states, please if your outside work or doing anything take it a bit easier. If you’re unfortunate enough to have to be outside in these temperature please remember a few tips.
1. Drink plenty of fluids.
2. If you’re thirsty, drink.
3. If your hot, cool off. Heat exhaustion sets in very quickly.
4. If there is shade try use it as it can be at least 10 degrees cooler.
Always remember safety first when working outside in extreme heat. Please be safe.
