If I didn't have some quasi liking of the sport, I'd be have less motivation to do the task. So the request isn't all that big.

I've felt out of sorts for about little while but today has been one of the most wonderfully pleasant & surprising days in a while. I have a neat life. :-D

Times fly by as we look away as we play but what matters is we were here under the sun. As the season change, the years pass, not one of us will last to see but our own end. The world will continue whether we acknowledge the changes around us or not. Ashes to ashes & dust to dust the days we are here enjoy to the fullest because eventually they will fade like the setting sunlight.

I want do disagree but it did lack, depth & substance. @backofthehead

So, I'm grabbing someone else's content with my spin. Something I like about amplify because it means they get there content out as much as I do. So, my take on Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides is that it didn't add much to the "franchise". Seriously, I think they kind of did it just keep "Captain" Jack Sparrow on our minds & to see if they still had anything left offer us in ole idea box to throw at us. Think they need to take a break from the series. This one was kind of thrown out there & probably will be a less memorable one out of all of them. I did watch it in 3D which helped when they got to the fountain of youth but past that it didn't have enough pop to keep it this thing any where near sizzling.

Amplify’d from
Compared to the previous Pirates, with the undead skeleton crewmen of the Black Pearl, the monstrous Kraken (sorely missed - God, do I miss the Kraken!), the motley menagerie of Pirate Lords, and the macabre sea goddess Calypso, On Stranger Tides is a more modest (read: dull) affair. Imagination seems to be sorely lacking, with the final confrontation at the Fountain of Youth taking place in a cave not unlike the final battle in Curse of the Black Pearl. Speaking of the Black Pearl, Jack's beloved pirate ship remains shrunken in a bottle by Blackbeard (oh yes, he had the magical power to shrink pirate ships into bottles), giving Jack license to embark on a fifth Pirates movie. That shivers me timbers.

"Macho Man" Randy Savage...Rest In Peace, a poem.

First of all, I've attached the clip from the infamous night the "Mega Powers" Hulk Hogan & "Macho Man" Randy Savage "exploded". This was the moment I found the wrestling industry to be, pretty much, my bride. A companion over the years of my life where I could find comfort. Today, the wrestling industry mourns the loss of another great, a modern legend. Now, a poem for "Macho Man" Randy Savage.

From the Top Rope

With a great leap from the top

Comes the big elbow drop

Everyones hearts stop

Oh and awes

As the "Macho Man" Randy Savage hits the soft spot

Covers his opponent for the ONE, TWO, THREE

Pomp & Circumstance fills the air

The crowd erupts in cheers

They have no fears

He beaten another

In his quest

To be the best

Championship gold is his quest

He will not rest

Until he has passed every test

Whether it be

Jerry Lawler

Rick Rude

Lanny Poffo

Junkyard Dog

Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat

Jake "The Snake" Roberts

The Big Bossman

"Hacksaw" Jim Duggan

"The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes

Razor Ramon or even

Crush he will leave them in the dust

All of them beaten and

On there knees

Begging for the "Macho Man" to release thee

The Madness of the "Macho King" reigns supreme

Kiss my feet he demands

They do as he says

Then the boot to the face

Wrist lock, hit toss, body slam, knee drop & on to the top

To deliver the "patented Elbow Drop"

Never again to be anyone like

He was dynamite

A shining light

Always ready to fight

Not going to stop that

Energy you could cut with knife

It is sad to see you go

With all that you did

We all shall miss you

"Oh, yyyeaahh." Randy Savage is victorious again!

Banned from prom for paper & tape?

You have to be kidding! The guy is a honor student & on top of that it was very creative! I hope he gets to goto prom.

SHELTON, Conn. — A Connecticut teenager who taped to the front of his high school a message asking a girl to go to prom with him has been barred from attending.

Shelton High School senior James Tate and two friends posted 12-inch tall cardboard letters outside the school's main entrance, where everyone would see them going in last Friday morning.

The message said: "Sonali Rodrigues, Will you go to the prom with me? HMU -Tate." HMU means hit me up, or call me.
